Jov Diversified Flow-Through 2009 Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") is pleased to announce that it has completed the final closing of its public offering of Limited Partnership units on November 25, 2009. The Partnership issued total gross proceeds of $19,889,125.
The Partnership’s investment objective is to provide Limited Partners with a tax-assisted investment in a diversified portfolio of Flow-Through Shares of Resource Companies with a view to achieving capital appreciation and income. Resource Companies will agree to incur Eligible Expenditures in carrying out exploration in Canada and renounce Eligible Expenditures to the Partnership. Mutual Fund Rollover TransactionIn order to provide Limited Partners with liquidity and the potential for long-term growth of capital and income, the General Partner intends to implement a liquidity transaction on or before December 31, 2011 (a “Liquidity Event”).
